About Warm Hearts Energy Healing
Our soul story begins before our physical form is created. Energy radiates through both the external physical container of our being as well as the internal thoughts, feelings, and senses that we project. This internal, intangible, soul energy constantly extends out around us.
The unified energy of our external world binds all of us together physically, mentally, and cosmically. Understanding that everything is interconnected can be both exciting and daunting. Especially when we begin to question life’s purpose or have physical or mental ailments from which we want to release ourselves.
Starting the path toward finding purpose or healing the body is as uniquely individual as it is also cosmically universal. Our reactions to life experiences can bring vitality, or leave us weary, in pain, and stuck. Clearing or cleansing negative attachments is one step toward self-healing.
Energy repair and soul rebirth is a process that will look different to every individual. Whether it is a single crystal reiki and HelioSol session, a house clearing, or multiple sessions of Spiritual Coaching will depend on your unique goals.
